Warranty Policy

HVM Lights warrants that products shall be free of any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year from delivery date to original purchaser. HVM Lights shall promptly correct such defects by repair or replacement of defective product(s) or part(s) with new or reconditioned product(s) or part(s), at its discretion, without charge. Light parts not electrical in nature including but not limited to shades, globes, crystals, and other decorative accents are limited to 30-day manufacturer warranty for repairment or replacement, at HVM Lights discretion. Light bulbs, if included, are not covered under the HVM Lights warranty.

Missing, damaged, or broken parts such as crystals, crystal strands, drivers or power cords for lamps, rods/chrome & bubble, lamp shades, nuts & bolts, and other miscellaneous parts can be replaced without the need to replace entire product(s).

Tampering, altering, modifying, and/or using the product(s) for purposes other than those for which they were designed for voids the warranty, including but not limited to drivers removal from the canopy of a chandelier, cables cut, power cords cut, and placing too much tension on chandeliers’ power cables

Warranty extends only to products sold by HVM Lights and it is effective only if the product(s) is/are purchased and operated in the USA. Warranty covers only normal use of the product(s). HVM Lights shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; and damages incurred through irresponsible or improper use. Purchase confirmation receipt with order number must be provided to receive warranty service.

HVM Lights accepts no liability for problems caused by aftermarket modifications or additions to product. HVM Lights is not responsible for giving any technical support concerning the installation or integration of any product. This warranty is null and void if the defect or malfunction was due to damage resulting from operation not within manufacturer specifications. It will also be null and void if there are indications of misuse and/or abuse. Warranty claims will be voided for product(s) that have had the wires cut. HVM Lights will not warrant any problems arising from an act of God (lighting, flooding, tornado, etc.), electrical spikes or surges, or problems arising out of additional devices added to complement any product/component bought at HVM Lights. Except as noted, HVM Lights is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, contractor fees, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall HVM Lights be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, damage, refund, or compensation exceeding the original purchase price of the product less any shipping fees. The warranty and remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, send us an email with a description of the issue. We may request additional information based on reported defects. Once warranty has been validated, a return authorization will be issued and a shipping label will be sent. Customer is responsible to return defective part(s).
